I originally screwed up and ordered the wrong name on my necklace. It was totally my fault. But when I reached out to the company, they went above my expectations of hoping to get a new one at the same price. They didn't charge me shipping either. The necklace is great quality and I am very happy with it! I have already shared this company page on my Facebook and will be buying from them again in the future. I recommend the company for sure.
