We ship our items in 2-4 Business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. (This excludes Subscriptions as they have special shipping timeframes on their description page)
We never include receipts with our items as most of them are gifts. If you want a receipt, please contact us.
If you do not include the right info or personalization, if applicable, when checking out, it will delay shipment times.

SHIPPING PROTECTION-FINAL SALE (available after checkout)
Choosing to buy shipping protection will ensure that if your order is lost by the delivery company, we will provide a free replacement. If you opt not to purchase protection, you will be responsible for paying to replace your order.
For standard shipping, we will replace your order if it has not been delivered within 10 business days of being accepted by the carrier.
For expedited shipping, we will replace your order if it has not been delivered within 3 business days of being accepted by the carrier.
