Terms of service
1. If you are wishing to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it to cancel it.
2. We get your order in the mail as soon as we can, but we can’t be responsible for how long the Post Office takes to deliver it. You can always upgrade your shipping at checkout. Once your order is mailed, you can track it through your account or confirmation email. If you have issues with it being delivered, please visit USPS.com and sign up for email or text updates or call your local Post Office. Unfortunately, the Post Office does not guarantee Priority or Express Delivery times.
3. We are not responsible for any import or custom fees. Buyer is responsible for these.
We ship our items in 1 Business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. So ordered placed on Friday/Saturday go in the mail Monday and orders placed on Sunday/Monday go in the mail Tuesday.
The Post Office gives 2-5 bus days for US delivery, but you can always upgrade shipping at checkout. Unfortunately they do not give any estimate for 1st class international packages.
We never include receipts with our items as most of them are gifts. If you want a receipt, please contact us.
